- Products marked as “non-returnable” or clearance items.

- Click Request Return with reason & photos
- Request reviewed within 48 hours
- Courier pickup arranged
- Refund or replacement initiated after inspection
Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds credited to original payment method.
- COD refunds via UPI or bank transfer.
GST and Refund Calculation
- GST included in refunds.
- Partial returns get proportional GST refund.
Return Shipping Charges
- Free return for damaged or incorrect items.
- Preference-based returns may incur shipping charges.
Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned in resalable condition. Used or altered items will not be accepted.
